Welcome to the the University of Manchester Students' Union DBS form. Fill in this form to ascertain whether you will complete your DBS with the Students' Union or an external organisation. Not all volunteering opportunities require a DBS to be completed.

Please note: before completing this form, please ensure you have registered on the Volunteer Hub and applied for the volunteering role that interests you.

This information is being collected on the legal basis that processing is necessary for compliance with our legal obligation to obtain DBS checks for students volunteering with children and vulnerable adults.

The data on this survey will be shared with the Student Activities team and student Project Leaders who organise the project and manage volunteers.
